Educators at Redbricks are academic professionals who help our school sustain and build its pedagogical excellence. We seek teachers who believe in our mission and want to apply Redbricks’ child-centric, experiential learning approach while working in partnership with all stakeholders.
Teacher Hiring and Selection
Redbricks places a lot of emphasis on selecting the right candidates for any teaching or academic roles. What is most important in any candidate is value-based alignment with the school’s philosophy and culture. Eligible candidates undergo a thorough interview process consisting of:
1) Multiple interview rounds
2) Mock classroom teaching demo or assignment
Teacher Training and Development
At Redbricks, we take our responsibility for the professional training and growth of our teachers very seriously.
All teachers undergo intensive training & coaching throughout the year, to help them succeed as high-quality teaching professionals, and to evolve as better individuals. Some initiatives of the school include:
A robust new teacher induction program spanning one year including 50 hours of training in summer and another 15-20 hours through the year.
An ongoing training program for all teachers of approximately 50 hours, conducted across the year with internal and external experts.
Partnership with external organizations and partner schools for teacher development.
A strong focus on teacher observation, feedback and coaching by the school’s leadership team and visiting subject expert consultants.
Well-being initiatives undertaken in the school to foster teacher well-being and personal growth.
