Program Vision
This program aims to help children develop foundational academic knowledge and skills, along with a capacity to think, ideate, apply and express.
It also helps students be independent by providing them with socio-emotional guidance and support. They are also provided with a wide range of exposure across subject areas, activities, people and places, to enable them to develop varied interests and perspectives critical at this growing age.
The Primary Years Program Curriculum

Our Pedagogy
The primary years pedagogy (teaching methodology) at Redbricks is carefully designed to help children utilise their sense of curiosity and critical thinking skills for developing a deeper understanding of the world and subjects of learning. The following features are core to Redbricks primary years pedagogy:
Students learn the Indian curriculum content using an innovative thematic and inquiry based approach. This enables students to learn concepts deeply with an ability to transfer learning across different situations.
Students learn each subject through best practices unique to that discipline. These often get diluted in general experiential learning programs, and hence a strong focus is kept on this balance.
Students learn to draw meaningful connections across subjects as their learning across subjects is integrated with the theme to a great extent.
Students learn to not just recall and understand content, but are trained to use higher order thinking skills such as application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation through the learning and evaluation process. Developing important skills such as creativity and innovation, communication and collaboration.
