The Senior School (Classes 7-12) at Redbricks helps children acquire the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the high school board examinations and build strong future careers for themselves.
At this important stage of adolescence, we strive to ensure children are future-ready, provided with a healthy socio-emotional environment and encouraged to engage in talent development specific to their areas of interest.
Teachers use a combination of teacher-directed and student-centred teaching-learning methodologies with a strong emphasis on student engagement. Independent assignments which require a real-world application also enable students to make meaningful connections between theory and practice.
Students work in several academic and non-academic areas through project and inquiry-based learning, which helps them learn how to research, plan, execute and evaluate their work in a holistic manner. Students have access to a range of resources including a well equiped resource center, labs and more.

At Redbricks, all students undergo a staged talent development program which helps them to explore and enhance their interests and skills across various fields/career domains relevant to the 21st century.
Our Class 9 to 12 students gain career exposure through two types of projects at Redbricks – Community Service Projects and Craft Apprenticeship Projects. The students also have the unique opportunity to gain external accreditation for their hard work through the International Award for Young People (IAYP) organisation. Students are also graded on these projects as per the SUPW requirements of the CISCE board.
We host a variety of expert-led workshops that can help students gain exposure to various college and career opportunities and the skills required to pursue them. Development of research skills, communication skills, thinking skills, leadership skills, etc., is a strong part of such workshops.
We encourage and help students participate in external internships that help them understand the application of what they are learning or considering to pursue through higher education in those fields.
