Our Culture

A school culture built on shared values, respect and the quest for growth!

A Culture that Shapes Strong Characters

A school’s culture is often called ‘the hidden curriculum’ because it plays a powerful yet invisible role in shaping children’s characters. Ours is carefully crafted to promote important core values and character traits in children.

We treat students as citizens in a democratic society, who learn to exercise freedom and make choices while holding responsibility for their actions.

We focus on social-emotional learning and community-building practices to develop emotional regulation and social skills.

We use positive disciplining techniques such as the use of logical consequences (instead of punishments) and positive reinforcers (instead of rewards).

We ensure positive Teacher-Student relationships and a collaborative classroom climate to create psychological safety.

We engage parents as partners and adopt a collaborative problem-solving approach to address children’s needs.

Redbricks Core Values

Our school has defined 5 core values for its student, staff and parent community to collectively share and follow, in order to create a collaborative, happy and healthy learning community. These values are brought alive by training and encouraging all children, staff and parents to adopt these core values in their thoughts and actions.

I think that our school is very mindful of growth qualities such as collaboration, teamwork, hard work, etc. Along with academics I also enjoy the extracurricular activities offered by our school and all the sports programs as they are very valuable for our growth and happy learning.

The infrastructure and location of the school is very well set. The school is provident in every manner and I have never felt a difference in the way teachers treat students, and after being at Redbricks for nearly 5 years, I don't think I would prefer any other school over Redbricks.

In my opinion, Redbricks’ teaching methods have helped me a lot in my learning as they have shown me the correct path not only in academics but also in my life. My teachers have also contributed to this learning journey, playing an important role as a guide.

After visiting almost 10 schools, we liked Redbricks the most, based on School's philosophy, pedagogy and overall environment.

We shifted from another city and it took time for our son to understand the culture of this school which focuses on students learning self-discipline and responsibility. He now loves it very much and wishes to attend even on weekends!

The environment of the school is very positive. Staff is well trained and have a good ability to listen, find solutions and communicate effectively with others. They’re also very patient, calm with polite. At Redbricks, each child is important for the school and it can be felt in their everyday approach.
